Extreme Life Inspection – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

By completing and submitting the Extreme Life Inspection Order Form, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The rights and obligations under this agreement are personal to you and are not transferable.

If you place an order by phone, you have two (2) hours to review these Terms and notify Extreme Life Inspection by phone or email if you do not agree. Placing an order online or by phone constitutes acceptance of these Terms.


1. Nature of Extreme Life Inspection Services

When you place an order with Extreme Life Inspection, you are hiring us to evaluate the overall visible condition of the designated vehicle based on what our inspectors can subjectively observe at the time of inspection.

Our inspectors:

  • Do not dismantle vehicles

  • Do not use hoists or specialized diagnostic tools

  • Use the OBD-II system only on vehicles model year 1996 and newer

The inspection is visual only and limited to reasonably accessible components. Certain issues may not be detectable at the time of inspection.

A test drive will be attempted when feasible. If conditions do not permit, a test drive may not be conducted.

Upon completion, you will receive:

  • A written inspection report via email or

  • A phone summary of findings

  • 50 plus photos and 4K / 8K video of the inspection


2. Inspection Services Only

Extreme Life Inspection provides inspection services only. We are:

  • Not affiliated with the vehicle seller

  • Not responsible for verifying ownership or the seller’s legal right to sell

  • Not responsible for any statements or representations made by the seller or third parties

We do advise whether you should or should not purchase the vehicle.


3. Vehicle Sold “As Is”

All inspected vehicles are used vehicles and are purchased “AS IS”, unless otherwise warranted by the seller.

The inspection:

  • Is not a warranty

  • Does not extend or validate any seller warranty

  • Is not a substitute for state-required safety or emissions inspections

Vehicle conditions may change after the inspection. We recommend scheduling the inspection as close to the purchase date as possible.


4. Factors Affecting Inspection Accuracy

Inspection accuracy may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Lighting

  • Vehicle cleanliness

  • Vehicle location and accessibility

Extreme Life Inspection does not alter the vehicle’s condition. Customers are encouraged to coordinate with sellers to ensure the vehicle is clean, dry, and well-lit at the time of inspection.


5. Resolution of Disputes

Right to Cure

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to provide written notice of your complaint and allow Extreme Life Inspection thirty (30) calendar days to attempt to resolve the issue.

Mediation

If unresolved, disputes must be submitted to non-binding mediation prior to any legal or administrative action.

  • Location: North Miami, Florida (as designated by Extreme Life Inspection)

  • Each party bears its own mediation costs

Failure to mediate constitutes a waiver of claims.


6. Governing Law and Venue

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

All legal actions must be brought in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Both parties waive:

  • Change of venue

  • Right to a jury trial


7. Limitation of Liability

Because Extreme Life Inspection:

  • Is not the seller or manufacturer

  • Does not perform mechanical diagnostics

You agree that our maximum liability is limited to a refund of the inspection fee paid, even in cases involving dissatisfaction or unreported defects.


8. Cancellation Policy

All sales are final once an order is placed.

  • Extreme Life Inspection may decline an inspection and issue a refund

  • If the vehicle sells before inspection, your payment becomes a non-expiring credit

  • Refunds are not available upon customer cancellation


9. Unforeseeable Circumstances

Extreme Life Inspection is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Technical failures

  • Labor disputes

  • Legal restrictions

In such cases, your inspection fee will be refunded.


10. Refund Requests After Inspection

If you believe the report contains inaccuracies, you must submit:

  • Written explanation

  • Supporting photos

  • Specific details

Requests must be emailed to [your business email here] within fourteen (14) days of report delivery.


11. Endorsements

Links from our website do not constitute endorsements unless explicitly stated.


12. Taxes

Inspection prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added where required.


13. Contact Information

  • 7 days after certified mail

  • 1 business day after overnight courier

  • Upon confirmed fax transmission

14. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely to:

  • Perform requested services

  • Provide offers from affiliated partners

We do not sell customer data to unaffiliated third parties unless required by law.


15. Communication with Inspectors

Unauthorized contact with inspectors or attempts to bypass Extreme Life Inspection may result in inspection cancellation without refund.


16. State Law Limitations

Some states do not allow certain liability limitations. These provisions may not apply where prohibited by law.


17. Severability

If any portion of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
